By using enabledat, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Plain-language summary
enabledat may be used for legitimate data governance and data stewardship work. Artefacts created through your sessions belong to you. enabledat workflows, prompts, and reasoning systems remain the intellectual property of enabledat. All outputs require human review before use.
Acceptable use
enabledat may be used for legitimate data governance and data stewardship work within your organisation.
The following activities are not permitted:
- Building a competing product using outputs generated by enabledat
- Using session content, outputs, or artefacts to train or evaluate AI models
- Systematically extracting workflows, prompts, methodologies, or reasoning patterns from the platform
- Sharing account credentials with third parties
- Circumventing access controls, security mechanisms, or usage restrictions
- Automated scraping, harvesting, or extraction of platform content
The artefacts created through your sessions belong to you.
The workflows, methodologies, prompts, and reasoning systems that produced them remain the intellectual property of enabledat.
Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts if we reasonably believe that a user has:
- Violated these Terms of Service
- Attempted to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer platform workflows, prompts, or methodologies
- Shared account credentials
- Engaged in automated scraping or extraction
- Attempted to bypass platform controls or security measures
- Engaged in behaviour that poses a risk to the platform, its users, or its intellectual property
Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed violation of these terms, no refund or compensation will be provided for any unused portion of a paid subscription.
Service availability
enabledat is provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or access to the service.
enabledat is currently offered as an invite-only beta product and may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
enabledat provides structured reasoning support and workflow guidance.
All outputs require appropriate human review before being relied upon for business, operational, legal, regulatory, or financial decisions.
enabledat and its operators are not liable for actions, decisions, losses, or damages arising from the use of platform outputs.
